The Experience Studio, a service to shape your digitalization ideas

Fujitsu's Experience Studio accomplishes your digitalization project exactly as an architect would do: we analyze your project, your business and your users’ needs. Based on those aspects, we make your ideas concrete thanks to prototypes and Proof of concepts, enabling you to visualize the “plans” of your project. We also suggest improvement ideas based on numerous experiences and bring you the best technologies. In this way, you have a clear idea of the budget and the execution planning.

Have you ever built the house of your dream? You have imagined it, meeting all the desires and needs of your family. You met an architect, who helped you in making your idea concrete. His role was to guide you in the room layout according to your needs. He introduced you the new possibilities in terms of innovation in various sectors: insulation, domotics, acoustics, heating… Once all of those aspects were analyzed and ideas challenged, you had a clear idea of your project budget and realization deadline.

How do we proceed?

Fujitsu's methodology is pragmatic and adapted to your idea’s maturity. The method is always based on a 3-step logic: analyze, create and test. According to the idea’s maturity, we suggest you one of our two approaches.

If you identify an issue or an opportunity to address but you do not know how to precisely answer it, we will reorientate you towards the Design Sprint methodology. This methodology, developed by Google, enables you to conceive, prototype and test your idea in 5 days. We gather 5 to 8 people from your teams during a few days to answer efficiently to the challenge. Acting as a creativity and innovation accelerator, the strategic points were identified, and solutions were imagined, selected, and tested. The methodology has proven itself a catalyst of innovative solutions making difference on the market.

If you already have a clear idea of your project (for instance, if you have finalized a Design Sprint), we suggest you to go one step further by testing the desirability and feasibility of your project. Throughout the years and projects cocreated with our clients, we have set up a complete two months’ approach which enables you to visualize a prototype and/or a High-fidelity Proof of Concept. They represent all the workflows of your project, considering all the eventual constraints (technical, legal, accessibility…) to provide an adapted product on the market. They give you the possibility to test and experiment your idea.

And after?

In most cases, we have found the best approach for our clients’ projects to satisfy their business and user needs, while focusing on new technologies (HyperAutomation, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Electronic Signature, Blockchain, Payment services, Chatbot, …).

In some cases, our clients figured out that they were not ready, were lacking resources or did not simply answer to the users’ expectations. Thanks to our approach, they could reorientate themselves in time, before even investing time or money in a long implementation.

We are convinced of this approach that we use ourselves internally in all our projects!
