The year 2024 promises to be a pivotal moment in the organisational development of the artelis group and in the consolidation of its role as market leader among alternative telecommunications and internet operators in Luxembourg.
As cegecom s.a. celebrates its 25th anniversary, the group is proud to announce the recruitment of a renowned expert to complement its general management and strengthen the foundations of its commercial development in the coming years.
Serge Eiffes has over 24 years experience in the telecommunications and internet sectors in Luxembourg. He has held senior and executive roles within the POST Luxembourg group, focusing on the marketing, development, management and standardisation of B2B and B2C products.
Serge Eiffes joins Didier Wasilewski and Marc Kahabka in the general management of the artelis group, thus rounding off the key experience and skills required for the ongoing and sustainable development of cegecom s.a. and VSE NET GmbH in Luxembourg and the Greater Region.

ESET Research a découvert GopherWhisper, un nouveau groupe APT lié à la Chine, qui cible des institutions gouvernementales en Mongolie.GopherWhisper utilise Discord, Slack, Microsoft 365 Outlook et file.io pour ses communications de commande et de contrôle (C&C) et l'exfiltration de données.Parmi les outils du groupe, on trouve des portes dérobées personnalisées en Go, des injecteurs, des outils d'exfiltration, le chargeur FriendDelivery et une porte dérobée en C++.ESET a analysé le trafic C&C provenant des canaux Slack et Discord de l'attaquant, obtenant ainsi des informations sur ses opérations internes et activités post-compromission.
