Luxembourg Welcomes 15 Southeast Asian Fintechs for LHoFT's Catapult: Inclusion Asia 2025

The Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LHoFT) is excited to announce the 15 innovative fintech companies selected for the second edition of Catapult: Inclusion Southeast Asia. This highly competitive acceleration program, sponsored by the Directorate for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Affairs and developed in cooperation with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), underscores Luxembourg's expanding role as a global fintech hub and its commitment to fostering sustainable financial innovation in emerging markets.

The fifteen selected fintech innovators will undergo an intensive acceleration program in Luxembourg duringJune 2025, before the program shifts to the Philippines in Asia, culminating at the 5th Asia Finance Forum in September. Each selected company offers solutions addressing critical challenges in financial inclusion, from AI-powered credit assessment tools to blockchain-based charitable platforms and Sharia-compliant digital services. Their participation represents a significant opportunity for knowledge exchange between European and Southeast Asian financial ecosystems.

Participants will have an outstanding opportunity to connect with Industry leaders, investors, and potential partners during Nexus Luxembourg 2025, Luxembourg’s leading tech conference.. Key stakeholders and professionals from the sectors of finance, development, sustainable finance, and technology will engage with these innovative companies throughout their residency in Luxembourg.

Digital banking platform and AI-driven credit engine for credit unions serving financial inclusion in Eastern Indonesia through their products Coopmax and KOCEK.

Platform solution transforming charitable donations into traceable digital assets (e-vouchers), ensuring transparent aid distribution even to unbanked populations while minimizing waste and misuse.

KAYA CREDIT

Digital lending platform providing MSME loans to FMCG retailers in Southeast Asia, addressing the region's $500 billion credit funding gap.

MADCASH

Solution to empowers women entrepreneurs with capital, business skills, and financial training through a platform tracking fund disbursement, loan repayment, and business growth.

PACKWORKS

B2B platform equipping micro-retailers with digital tools for inventory, sales management, and business analytics while generating market intelligence for FMCG brands.

PAYD

Earned Wage Access solution for employees to access earned salaries on demand and Casual Worker Management tools for immediate payment upon job completion.

PEWARISAN

Tech-driven estate planning platform to prevent frozen assets after death by making legacy planning affordable and accessible through user-friendly mobile applications.

PHAPAY

Streamlined, auto-payment integration for businesses, reducing technical complexity while promoting a standardized digital payment ecosystem for local and global markets.

QAZWA.ID

Sharia-compliant P2P lending platform connecting investors with SMEs through Islamic financing contracts like Murabahah and Mudharabah, supervised by Indonesia's Financial Services Authority.

RIZE

Innovation solution reducing greenhouse gas emissions in agriculture by combining improved farming practices with proprietary MRV technology to unlock green financing for sustainable rice cultivation.

ROLLING PAY

Solution converting daily sales into instant, halal financing for small businesses through AI analysis, offering automatic credit access with repayments deducted from future sales.

SALARY HERO

Financial health platform for Thai workers offering Salary on Demand, Financial Education, Budgeting Tools, and High-Interest Savings to improve employee financial wellbeing.

SPIRO CARBON

Climate-tech company using AI, blockchain, and satellite monitoring to connect smallholder farmers in Southeast Asia with carbon markets and green financing opportunities.

WAKALAHMU

Shariah insurance technology platform enabling partners to sell and process multiple insurance products from different providers online in real-time through web and mobile applications.


A Program Designed for Growth and Collaboration

The 2025 edition of Cataput: Inclusion SE Asia, will include tailored workshops, pitch sessions, and mentorship led by industry experts from the financial services, microfinance, and fintech sectors. The program offers unique access to crucial resources and networks, allowing startups to enhance their solutions, attract investment, and build strategic partnerships.

The program bridges ASEAN fintech ecosystems with European expertise, creating powerful cross-regional knowledge exchange. This strategic connection enables the development of innovative financial solutions that scale effectively to meet the diverse needs of underserved communities throughout Southeast Asia.
