Thibault joined Deloitte in February 2006. His main areas of expertise are the design of IT strategy and target operating model, consulting in technology, and management of corporate-wide IT projects for the banking and insurance sectors. He is also active in entreprise architecture reviews and design, implementations of core systems (banks and insurances), and refactoring of IT organization/function. Thibault is also managing the CIO Advisory Services and contributes to the Digital community.
