Darina obtained her first master's degree in law at University of Warsaw with specialization in the banking and corporate law, further the LL.M. in European General Law at the University of Luxembourg with a scholarship semester at Columbia University in New York. Professionally speaking her private practice focuses on the EU financial law, such as: funds law including necessary corporate elements. Due to her continuous increasing interest in the blockchain ecosystem, she has been involved in advising clients in the topic of digital assets, and in particular in regard to the recent regulatory development of crypto assets, such as the MiCA regulation.
