Trustteam and System Solutions join forces to become a leading IT managed services provider in Belgium, Luxembourg and North-East of France.

System Solutions and Trustteam are pleased to announce that they reached an agreement to unite forces.

Together Trustteam and System Solutions become an undisputed leader in the IT managed services market in Belgium, Luxembourg and the North-East of France, achieving a turnover above 100M€ with almost 400 employees.

Since the investment by Rivean Capital in July 2022, System Solutions accounts for the third acquisition, underlining its ambitious growth strategy to create a leading IT managed services provider with focus on SMEs in France, Belgium and Luxembourg. 

Dynamica, the Belgian investment group which acquired a majority stake in System Solutions 2 years ago, will reinvest in the Trustteam group alongside Rivean Capital, Stijn Vandeputte and the management and will continue to actively support the further growth of the group as member of the board of directors. 

This transaction is subject to approval by the Luxembourg Financial Regulator (CSSF).
