TechSense Summit, “Better, Faster, Smarter, Stronger”: How will AI revolutionize IT infrastructure and services?
Nicolas Facca I 3:29 pm, 13th February

The first TechSense Summit of 2025 will take place on March 11th, at DSquare – Deloitte Luxembourg. Under the theme “Better, Faster, Smarter, Stronger IT Infrastructure with AI”, this year’s event will explore the transformative power of Artificial Intelligence in revolutionizing IT infrastructure and services, offering attendees invaluable insights and networking opportunities.
A must-have for IT infrastructures
Nowadays, IT infrastructures are relatively well-developed and efficiently managed, providing smooth, functional, and high-performance operations in the workplace. However, as technology continues to evolve at an unprecedented pace, these infrastructures can quickly become less efficient, or even obsolete. The difficulty of staying up-to-date may lead to security and performance failures in the company’s IT systems.
Based on a report from Check Point Software Technologies, Luxembourg’s organizations were the targets of approximatively 1173 cyberattacks per week in 2024. [1] This example, among many others, describes the urgent need to improve IT infrastructures in general. The use of IA in these types of infrastructures could minimize overall shortcomings in IT over the long term.
An engaging program around the possibilities of AI and IT
This TechSense Summit will explore how AI can enhance IT infrastructures and related tasks. Luxembourg's leading experts and innovators will gather for insightful keynotes, inspirational talks and expert panel discussions. Among them are Eric Mansuy, COO at Quintet Luxembourg & Group head of IT & Real Estate and THECIO25, and Manuel Fisher, Director Global IT of Amazon Operations, who will share their expertise and address pressing issues about the synergy between AI and IT infrastructures.
This gathering will provide powerful insights on several topics, such as:
• The foundations of AI-driven IT infrastructure
• AI-powered IT operations and AIOps
• Data as the core of AI and IT integration
• Security and ethics in AI-driven IT
• Sustainable and green AI infrastructure
The plenary conference will begin at 4:00 PM and conclude around 6:25 PM with a networking cocktail.
Whether you are part of the?tech industry, risk management or business strategy, or just concerned about keeping a strong and resilient business, this Summit is the place to be. Let’s learn and connect together.
