Satisco expands its Data Synchronicity offering

After a period of rapid excitement, artificial intelligence is gradually disillusioning businesses. The returns on investment in this field could be dazzling, but companies are struggling to integrate AIs into criss-crossed data systems and archaic IT architecture. In response to the needs of its customers, Satisco Group has decided to deploy a new strategy geared towards providing comprehensive support for companies facing the challenges of AI. The acquisition of the HumanTech Partners business in April 2025 strengthens an offering that now covers the entire data chain, from technical integration to strategic exploitation.

A broader offering to cover the entire Data stack

The emergence of generative artificial intelligence has turned corporate priorities on their head. While revealing the immense potential of data, it has also highlighted a structural problem: the lack of maturity in terms of data architecture, governance and quality. Too many organizations are attempting to deploy AI solutions on shaky foundations, without a coherent strategy or reliable data.

With the arrival of the HumanTech Partners business, Satisco, an expert in data integration for over 20 years, is now expanding its support to cover the entire data value chain:

Data integration and exchange (EDI, API, ETL, MFT, B2B, etc.)

Improvement of data quality and reliability

Deployment of governance and security strategies

Storage and architecture intelligence via implementation of data platforms (Databricks, Qlik, Snowflake, etc.)

Implementation of Business Intelligence and Generative AI solutions (Copilot,...)

Our aim? To help companies become truly data-driven, based on a controlled architecture and solid governance rules.

A clear objective: make data reliable to maximize its value

“Data has become the key material for prediction. But without structuring and governance, it remains unusable”, emphasizes Élodie Trojanowski, Head of Data Strategy at Satisco. “Our mission is to help our customers move from raw data to useful, reliable and usable data. This is the foundation not only of profitable AI, but also of more efficient business management.” The process must be respected. Without quality data, artificial intelligence will be completely irrelevant.  Even more seriously, AI deployed on poorly governed data can unknowingly exploit or expose sensitive, even confidential, information, leading to major risks of regulatory non-compliance. In this context framed by directives (RGPD or NIS2 for example) the absence of control over data quality, access or traceability can jeopardize the security of systems and the reputation of organizations.

An offering geared to hybrid architectures

The new offering takes hybrid architectures into account, as well as hyper-personalized Move-To_Cloud support. At the end of 2024, for example, Satisco signed a partnership agreement with Axway. Patrick Luc, Country Manager Luxembourg, comments: “This partnership has been a great success. It meets a demand from our customers with monolithic, on-premise architectures. Axway offers hybrid and cloud-first solutions, perfectly aligned with API-first and event-driven strategies. Our teams are now proficient in both environments, to provide optimum support.

Meeting the data volume challenge

This acquisition of the business is in line with Data Synchronicity's strategy, unveiled in June 2024. “The volume of data is exploding, and exchanges are intensifying in real time, while many companies are still relying on systems dating back several decades. These tools are no longer appropriate. Our mission is to offer global solutions to meet this challenge”, Satisco Group founder Alain Kunnen told BFM Business in November 2024.

Concrete use cases for Microsoft Copilot

As part of its strengthened partnership with Microsoft, Satisco is now offering a package dedicated to integrating AI into modern working environments. Thanks to the Microsoft 365 platform, solutions such as Copilot, SharePoint or the Power Platform enable companies to exploit data on a daily basis, with a high level of security and governance thus improving team productivity. An offer aimed at C-Levels (strategy-oriented), managers (use case and adoption-oriented) and CIOs (security and governance-oriented) will be announced in September. “It's the relevance of our profiles that sets Satisco apart from the rest of the data consulting service providers,” asserts Patrick Luc. In addition to partnerships with IBM, Microsoft and Axway, Satisco is also a DataBricks partner, offering highly qualified profiles on latest-generation data platforms such as Qlik and Snowflake.

Cross-border ambitions

With operations in Luxembourg, France and Belgium, Satisco is targeting a broader European market. With a wide range of customer sectors (finance, logistics, industry), the group meets the complex needs of both large accounts and more agile structures, thanks to its modular, quality-oriented approach.

The ambition behind Data Synchronicity's new strategy is to enable perfectly aligned, real-time management of data flows. This implies both technical mastery and the ability to govern the business use of data, so that each piece of information serves a concrete, measurable and secure objective.

Historical expertise in data integration

For almost 20 years, Satisco has been a European benchmark in technical data integration. The company helps IT Departments to ensure that data flows smoothly, consistently and securely across heterogeneous systems. This strong expertise, recognized in the banking and logistics sectors (BNP Paribas, CMA-CGM, Geodis) remains the foundation of the new quality-oriented strategy.
