fundcraft integrates Finologee’s LYNKS to deliver global banking connectivity and end-to-end fund operations

fundcraft, Europe’s leading digital fund operations provider, today announced a strategic integration with Finologee’s banks and accounts management platform, LYNKS, expanding its banking connectivity and unlocking true end-to-end digital fund operations.
With this integration, fundcraft can now connect to virtually any bank globally, across both cash and securities accounts, supercharging the platform’s ability to manage fund operations from a single, unified environment.
Finologee’s payments platform, LYNKS, is a financial industry-compliant SaaS for bank connectivity, streamlined data exchange, and control. Designed for asset servicers, depositaries, insurers, and institutions, it enables organisations to centralise workflows, simplify payments and reporting, and strengthen oversight. It also supports fund industry-specific processes such as cash concentration and capital calls, while ensuring secure operations, fraud prevention, and effective risk management through validation and approval workflows. The integration with LYNKS follows a phased approach:
Phase 1 — Unified cash & securities visibility, automated reconciliation, and control
The immediate goal is to give fund managers and fundcraft delivery teams real-time visibility of cash and securities balances across all bank and securities accounts, unified across all fund structures, directly within the fundcraft platform. This centralisation drives operational efficiency by simplifying and paving the way towards automatic cash reconciliation and helps managers manage liquidity and investor flows with greater transparency and speed.
Phase 2 — Payments fully managed within fundcraft
The next step will enable managers to initiate, review, approve, and track payments seamlessly within the fundcraft platform, removing the need to switch between banking portals and or even leaving the platform at all. One place, one process.
Olga Porro, Co-founder & Chief Product Officer at fundcraft, said:
“This integration with LYNKS is a major step forward for fundcraft’s vision: one single platform where managers can easily onboard the bank of their choice, run the entire fund lifecycle digitally, from investor onboarding and reporting to cash and capital call reconciliation, and soon, payment initiation. For our internal teams, it also means an enhanced operating model through which we further automate cash reconciliations and avoid multiple third party portals to make payments. We’ve always believed in an open platform model: we build what we’re best at and partner where it adds the most value for our clients.”
Jonathan Prince, Co-founder, Sales & Partnerships Director at Finologee, added:
“What excites me about this partnership is how reliable bank connectivity and payments infrastructure can directly power fundcraft’s growth. By embedding our bank connectivity and payments engine into their platform, fund managers get seamless access to banks around the world and streamlined data exchange. It’s about making fund operations simpler, faster and ready to scale.”
Looking ahead, the partnership also unlocks potential for future use cases on the fundcraft platform, from e-invoicing via PEPPOL to additional workflow automation, further extending the platform’s ability to centralise and simplify fund operations.
This integration reinforces fundcraft’s open-platform strategy: building and automating core fund operations while integrating with best-of-breed partners to deliver scalable, modern solutions for managers and investors.
