Deloitte Luxembourg appoints 11 new Partners and Managing Directors

Determined to further elevate its ambitions, Deloitte
Luxembourg has promoted 11 talented professionals to the roles of Partner and
Managing Director. These appointments
reinforce the exceptional standards Deloitte upholds and solidify the Firm's
commitment to fostering a
culture of quality, integrity, and excellence.
Deloitte Luxembourg recently announced the
appointment of 11 Partners and Managing Directors, effective from 1 June 2024.

professionals, we demonstrate our commitment to expanding our multidisciplinary
model and leading in those areas that are of increasing importance to our
clients,” remarked John
Psaila, CEO and Managing Partner at Deloitte Luxembourg. “As we welcome the
new Partners and Managing Directors into their roles, we are confident that
their dedication to excellence will further drive our growth and strengthen our
leading position in the market.”
This cohort increases the total number of Partners and Managing
Directors at the Firm to 168, strengthening the partnership that oversees
Deloitte Luxembourg's team of more than 2,700 professionals.
New Partners
Ajda Alev (ACG) joined Deloitte in 2011 and has 13 years of experience
in Belgium and Luxembourg. She advises clients on customer-centric digital
transformation across several industries including Public Sector, Utilities and
Transport. Ajda also co-founded Deloitte Luxembourg’s Salesforce practice.
Christophe Felice (ACG) has over 12 years of experience within the
insurance industry. Since 2011, he has been helping our insurance clients to
enhance, develop and implement scalable operating models that support their
strategy. He has a track record in spearheading digital transformations,
optimising processes, and forging strategic partnerships.
Iva Gyurova (Tax) joined Deloitte Luxembourg’s Transfer Pricing team in 2014 after spending two years at Deloitte Bulgaria. She has extensive experience assisting multinational clients across different industries on a broad range of transfer pricing matters, such as global documentation, business restructurings, and controversy management.
Marcell Köves (Tax) joined Deloitte in Luxembourg in 2015 and is part of the M&A tax advisory team. He focuses on real asset alternative investment managers, providing tailored tax advice for the design and implementation of Luxembourg fund and holding platforms and during the overall fund lifecycle at a cross-border level.
Jaime Millan (A&A) has more than 13 years’ audit experience in the real estate, fund and manufacturing industries in Luxembourg and Spain. Jaime joined Deloitte Luxembourg in 2013 and is a Réviseur d’Entreprises, a member of ROAC (Certified Public Auditor in Spain), and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder.
Tomas Papousek (Tax) has 15 years of experience advising businesses from the financial services sector on VAT matters. During his career, he has focused on advising asset managers, management companies, banks and insurance companies on VAT.
Elena Petrova (ACG) joined Deloitte in 2014 in Risk Advisory. She moved to Financial Advisory in 2016 and now leads Debt Advisory services. Elena has extensive experience in supporting clients with credit risk management, non-performing loan resolution, loan valuation and raising debt financing.
Marion Rory (A&A) joined Deloitte Luxembourg in 2010 and specialises in the audit of Commercial & Industrial entities, and complex audits. She is a Réviseur d’entreprises and Co-Chair of the ILA working group dedicated to SMEs and Family Businesses.
Jonathan Streicher (Tax) is a Cross-Border Tax specialist for asset management and alternative investments with more than 16 years of experience in investor tax reporting. Since joining in 2020, he has played a central role in developing Deloitte’s end-to-end investor tax reporting solution for AIFs. He is a certified Steuerberater (German tax advisor) and assistant tax professor.
Maxime Verac (ACG) has extensive experience in cybersecurity, advising
international organisations on improving their cybersecurity posture. He joined
Deloitte in 2012 and now leads the Cyber Strategy and Transformation service
offering. He holds multiple certifications, including CISSP, GSTRT and GCCC.
New Managing Director
Julie André (Tax) joined Deloitte in 2017 and has more than 18 years of experience
in direct tax matters in the financial sector. She leads direct tax compliance
work for banks, PSF, insurance & reinsurance companies, and mainstream
asset management companies.
