A platform to attract talents

The start-up "All Eyes On Me" tackles one of the major challenges facing Luxembourg companies: talent shortage. It offers a solution aimed at strengthening the employer brand of recruiting companies. Maison Moderne has just joined the platform's shareholding.


"We need to modernize talent attraction methods," announces Vincent King, CEO and co-founder of the "All Eyes On Me" platform, emphasizing optimized user experience, integrating advanced matching tools, and communicating in a targeted manner to attract the most qualified candidates.


"To successfully meet this challenge, it is essential to strengthen the image and promote Luxembourg as a destination of choice for work," adds Mike Reiffers, CEO and co-founder of skeeled as well as associate of AEOM. "Highlighting Luxembourg's attractions: career opportunities in a rapidly growing market, high quality of life, a cosmopolitan region with an international financial center, numerous European and international institutions, as well as a dynamic entrepreneurial environment, particularly in the technology sector."


In spring 2023, four people shared these two convictions: promoting Luxembourg as a career destination and reimagining how to attract talent. Alongside Vincent King were Mike Reiffers, Nicolas Speeckaert, and Antonio Gomes, all with over a decade of experience in human resources technology. The latter three are active partners in skeeled, an HR technology company facilitating the recruitment process. “With skeeled, we already attract over 4 million visitors per year, generating hundreds of thousands of applications,” explains Nicolas Speeckaert, CPO and co-founder of skeeled as well as associate of AEOM. “We are now the undisputed market leader, with 150 local companies among our clients and benefiting from a significant talent pool. All Eyes On Me addresses a major challenge in the Luxembourg market by offering an employer brand solution. This allows companies to showcase their corporate culture, thereby attracting the most qualified talents."


After nine months of product and technology development, the platform was launched. To date, www.alleyesonme.jobs already offers hundreds of company showcases and a considerable number of job offers. Each company can present itself through articles, photo reports, and a series of videos. "We have adopted a Freemium model," specifies Vincent King. Page creation and job postings are free and unlimited, but integrating presentations, photos, and videos, as well as their production, is paid. A unique and highly innovative offering for the Luxembourg market.


To accelerate its development, the four founders partnered with Maison Moderne, the publisher of Paperjam and Delano, which also has a business club and a communication agency. "Offering an employer brand service to our clients and members enriches our ecosystem," adds Mike Koedinger, CEO and founder of Maison Moderne. "We have acquired a 33% stake in All Eyes On Me through our Media4Equity program, which invests in companies in exchange for media space and visibility. The companies we select benefit from integration into our ecosystem, while it is enriched by their arrival. We support decision-makers and organizations in their development, and All Eyes On Me perfectly complements this offering."
