Requirements

ECONOCOM PSF S.A. is currently seeking a dedicated Support System Engineer for one of its clients. The successful candidate will: 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide onsite End user  support for hardware, software, and mobile devices 
• Research and identify solutions to software and infrastructure issues 
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including mobile and IT devices, account setup, 
• network configuration and virtual machine configuration 
• Refer to internal log systems, databases or external resources to provide accurate technical solutions 
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals 
• Be fully dedicated to a single client, ensuring focused and personalized support 
• Maintain jovial and professional relationships with clients, end users and VIPs 
• Collaborate and assist the client in projects 
• Accompany and train users in the use of IT tools 
• Be proactive in continuous improvement 
• Report to Econocom PSF’s Service Support Team Leader and Service Delivery Manager 
  

Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or relevant field 
• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role 
• Experience and Knowledge in the modern workplace (Microsoft 365) 
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues. 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills 
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal 
• Knowledge in Azure technologies is a plus. 
• ITIL certification is a plus 
• English mandatory
